Investor Attendance Policy

Who is invited?

Institutional Investors (buy-side), sell side analysts and other professional investors including investment bankers are invited to attend our analyst conferences in NYC without cost.  The WSAF and The University Club adheres to a; 1) dress policy of professional business attire including jacket and tie and; 2) a non-solicitation policy.  The WSAF reserves the right to restrict the attendance of any individuals violating either policy.

Who is not invited?

Individuals who do not meet the above criteria and specifically individuals associated with firms who "sell services" to presenting company managements or attending analysts/portfolio managers.  These include, but are not limited to, the full range of investor relations services, consulting services, analytics services, etc.  The one exception to this are IR consultants representing a company presenting in that particular conference.
